1.Who We Are
AnyLift is a product of Easily Amused Incorporated. Our app is available on iOS and our website is located at trackanylift.com. You can reach us at contact us.
2.Data We Collect
When you use AnyLift, we collect the following types of information:
Account information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name and username. If you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple-provided user identifier and, at your discretion, your name and email.
Workout data
All workout sessions, exercises, sets, reps, weights, and personal records (PRs) you log in the app are stored and associated with your account.
Equipment and location
When you scan a QR code on gym equipment, we record which piece of equipment was used and, optionally, which gym location you were at. When you use the gym locator, your approximate location is used to find nearby gyms but is not stored.
Camera
The app uses your camera solely to scan QR codes on gym equipment. No images or video are captured or stored.
Push notifications
If you enable push notifications, we store your device push token to deliver workout reminders and trainer-assigned workout alerts. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
Trainer and client data
If you use trainer features, we store the trainer-client relationship, assigned workouts, and any workout data shared between trainer and client as permitted by each party.
Purchase information
If you purchase a subscription, the transaction is processed by Apple. We receive a confirmation of entitlement but do not store your payment details.
Device and usage data
We may collect basic technical information such as device type, operating system version, and app version for diagnostic purposes.
3.How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

- —Track and display your workout history, PRs, and progress
- —Enable trainer-client features, including workout assignment and progress visibility
- —Process and verify in-app purchases and subscription entitlements
- —Send transactional emails such as password resets
- —Deliver push notifications you have opted into
- —Respond to support requests
- —Comply with legal obligations
We will not use your personal information for materially different or incompatible purposes without providing advance notice and, where required, obtaining your consent.
4.Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:
Supabase
We use Supabase as our database and authentication provider. Your account and workout data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. See the Supabase privacy policy.
Apple
Apple processes Sign In with Apple authentication and in-app purchases on our behalf.
The app uses Google Maps to display gym locations and Google Places to search for nearby gyms. When you use the gym locator, your approximate location is sent to Google's servers. See the Google Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Trainers
If you connect with a trainer, they can view workout data you choose to share. You control your visibility settings and can disconnect at any time.
Legal requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government investigation, or to prevent harm or fraudulent activity.
5.How Long We Retain Your Data
We retain your account and workout data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or security purposes. Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained indefinitely.
6.Your Rights
You have the right to:
